Marbella

region.Oversee a team of agents and team assistant, setting clear goals and driving high performance.Ensure profitability and growth of the business unit, meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Represent the Lucas Fox brand in the region, fostering key relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Identify market opportunities and implement innovative growth initiatives.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Legal and Finance to ensure seamless client experience and operational efficiency.Monitor KPIs and report regularly to the Regional Director and company leadership.Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and developing top talent within the office.Guarantee that compliance, quality standards, and client satisfaction levels are consistently high.RequirementsAt least 5 years of proven experience in commercial leadership positions within the Marbella real estate market.Proven experience leading sales teams in high-performance environments.Strong understanding of the Marbella real estate market and international client base.Native or fluent in
