Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Collaborative IT Support Specialist to join our organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless collaboration across various Microsoft platforms.
Job Description
- Administer messaging services including Exchange Online and on-premise mail relay servers.
- Manage mailbox creation, distribution list management, and quota settings.
- Monitor mail flow, server health, and transport rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Messaging Services (Exchange Online & On-Premise): Manage messaging services, ensure smooth communication and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Microsoft OneDrive: Administer OneDrive services, provide user support, and manage incidents and service requests.
- Microsoft Teams & Enterprise Voice: Administer Teams environment, manage Teams obsolescence, and provide incident and request support.
- Copilot Integration & Enablement: Support deployment and configuration of Microsoft Copilot features, collaborate with business units, and monitor performance and user feedback.
- Licensing & Capacity Management: Manage M365 licensing, perform regular license cleanup and capacity reviews, and escalate license availability issues.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor service health, generate KPI reports, and provide dashboards and insights to IT Operations and Governance teams.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure secure communication channels, implement multi-factor authentication, and comply with customer Cybersecurity Charter and data protection standards.
