Formación

• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia similar en hoteles o restaurantes.
• Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
• Enfoque en las necesidades del cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Preparar y servir todos los menús según recetas y estándares del hotel.
• Garantizar la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las áreas de trabajo y utensilios.
• Controlar los niveles de stock y comunicar las necesidades de mantenimiento.

Reporting to the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef, you will ensure the effective operation of the assigned kitchen to produce high-quality products for our demanding guests.

• Provide professional, warm, and proactive service to clients while supporting colleagues.
• Assist in preparing and serving all menu options according to recipes and hotel standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of work areas, utensils, and equipment. Knowledge of HACCP standards and their practical application.
• Review and control kitchen materials, report any issues, and communicate maintenance needs.
• Inform the chef or Sous Chef about stock levels and care for the preservation and utilization of products.
• Prepare dishes according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines, minimizing waste.
• Deeply understand the menu, daily offers, and promotions.
• Previous experience in the culinary field.
• Diploma or certification in a culinary discipline (valued).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Focus on guest needs, maintaining calmness and courtesy.
• Languages : Spanish required, English a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of similar experience; experience in similar hotels or restaurants is valued.
