You should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5+ years of customer-facing experience. This position demands excellent communication skills in English and a European language, alongside the ability to navigate complex customer needs effectively.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders.
• Experience in technical support or IT consulting.
