You will lead and mentor teams, craft a user-friendly product experience, and work alongside founders on scaling operations across Spain and Europe. Formación

• 5+ years as Head of Tech, CTO, Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
• Experience in startups or scale-ups (proptech / fintech a plus).
• Strong experience in software architecture and system design.
• Ability to define product vision & turn it into a winning roadmap.

• Define and execute Libeen’s entire technology and product strategy.
• Build and scale engineering + product teams.
• Ensure SmartHousing becomes a product people trust, love, and rely on.
