The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional projects and work closely with the CEO and VC group to enhance operational maturity and investor readiness. Previous experience in a scaling B2B tech company is crucial, along with fluency in both English and Spanish. This is an exciting opportunity to impact a high-growth organization significantly.

Formación

• Experience in a scaling B2B tech company or investment/VC background.
• Comfortable with frequent travel across the Middle East, UK, and North America.
• Ability to drive strategy and execution across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Engineering, Product, GTM & G&A.
• Work closely with VC group to prepare for future funding rounds.
• Establish strong human processes and operational discipline.
