The role requires at least 5 years of SAP security experience, knowledge of SAP architecture, and strong skills in communication and problem-solving. This internal and permanent position offers flexible working arrangements with the possibility of working from home two days a week. EU citizens do not need a job permit.

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Security and Authorizations Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure SAP roles and authorization models tailored to business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure SAP security aligns with business requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in SAP security or related IT security roles; strong knowledge of SAP system architecture, including SAP Basis / BTP, SAP HANA, and SAP ECC.
• Experience in managing user roles, profiles, and authorizations in SAP is mandatory.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or similar compliance standards.
• Experience with SAP system audits and security assessments is highly valued.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills; strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English (B2 / C1) and fluency in Spanish.
