Descripción del empleo

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing the financial strategy to drive sustainable growth, strengthen the capital structure, and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of resources. Main duties include:

• Participate in defining Orbik’s medium- and long-term strategy, in collaboration with the rest of the executive team.
• Define annual (PG) and multi-year goals and plans, and lead their implementation.
• Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term financial strategies.
• Oversee budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize profitability and assess financial risks.
• Support international scaling processes, investment rounds, and strategic acquisitions.
• Ensure financial compliance and safeguard intangible assets related to intellectual and technological property.
• Maintain relationships with partners and financial institutions.
