I am currently the founder and CEO of a development company based in Madrid with focus on the hospitality and residential sectors. We are looking to form another vertical in the home health care business. The minimum first transaction would be 50 million euros. As such, I am actively seeking a highly experienced CEO to lead a transformative healthcare platform focused on modernizing home-based senior care services in Southern Europe, starting in Spain. The ideal candidate will live in Madrid, bring a minimum of 15 years of executive large deal experience in healthcare services, with a strong track record in M&A, scaling operations, and integrating legacy businesses. They must be forward- thinking and passionate about leveraging emerging technologies, particularly new hardware applications and AI- to streamline care delivery, enhance patient outcomes, and build a scalable, data-driven services platform. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in a sector primed for disruption.
