Would you like to be part of a professional, friendly team environment where you can develop your skills as a chef de Partie? We work with a large network of 4 to 5-star hotels located in the stunning Austrian Alps (Vorarlberg, Tyrol, Kärnten, Steiermark, Salzburg).

Become an indispensable part of a 4–5-star hotel kitchen team in the Austrian Alps, where you can showcase your culinary knowledge and skills.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  1. Preparing menus in collaboration with your team.
  2. Ensuring adequate supplies at cooking stations.
  3. Enforcing high standards of health and hygiene.
  4. Helping maintain a smooth and friendly cooperative environment.
  5. Collaborating with the Chef and/or Sous Chef on joint activities.
  6. Displaying high professional competence and focusing on service quality.
  7. Planning daily operations and managing stock orders.
What do we offer?
  1. Employment in one of our 4- or 5-star hotels.
  2. Type of contract (seasonal or permanent), depending on the hotel.
  3. Minimum contract hours: 48 hours per week, with winter season hours between 48-54 hours, working 6 days a week.
  4. Net salary paid across 13 or 14 salaries per year.
  5. Trial period of 2 to 3 weeks.
  6. Free accommodation and meals.
  7. Free health insurance.
  8. Assistance throughout the process at no cost.
Minimum requirements:
  1. European nationality or passport is mandatory.
  2. At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels.
  3. Studies and training in the gastronomy sector.
  4. Intermediate level of English (B1+).

Important note: You will be responsible for airfare! European citizen with a European Passport!
