Formación

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Credit Risk – Chargebacks Analyst to join our growing team at Flywire.

In this role, you’ll manage a high and increasing volume of chargeback disputes while ensuring full compliance with regulatory controls and safeguarding requirements. You’ll play a key part in protecting Flywire’s funds and reputation — working collaboratively across teams, maintaining accurate financial records, and continually improving processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What You’ll Do
  • Ensure all daily chargeback tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Record new chargebacks in our internal systems
  • Prepare and submit chargeback dispute responses in line with card scheme and regulatory rules
  • Monitor and reconcile funds movements with partners and clientsMaintain accurate records of chargeback fund balances
  • Investigate and resolve chargeback-related issues with payment partners
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve queries and improve workflows
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Prepare regular reports and insights for management
What We’re Looking For
  • Relevant experience in financial operations, payments, or chargebacks is beneficial but not required
  • An undergraduate degree or interest in the financial field is what matters most
  • Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven English fluency in a global, collaborative environment
  • Proactive mindset with curiosity to learn and improve processes continuously
  • Passion for helping customers and contributing to a positive team environment
