The successful candidate will provide excellent client service while managing cash and card transactions and ensuring compliance with company policies. They must have at least 2 years of cashier experience and a strong customer service attitude. Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a cashier in a retail environment.
• Retail and customer service experience preferred.

As a Brand ambassador, the successful candidate would strive to display ownership and accountability in handling cash / card and client data procedures, processing returns, exchanges, and high value transactions, and ensuring compliance with all Dolce & Gabbana policies, procedures and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow the Company’s payments procedures
• Remove the tags for each single transaction
• Have full ownership and embody of cash / card handling, client data procedures, and data collection
• Respect Dolce & Gabbana standards in terms of grooming and behavior
• Follow the Company’s policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a cashier in a retail environment
• Retail & customer service experience preferred
• Efficient and accurate typing skills
• Good customer service attitude
• Good administrative skills
