Formación

• Expérience en tant que serveur/serveuse d'au moins 1 an.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais ; l'espagnol ou d'autres langues sont un plus.
• Compétences en communication et interpersonnelles excellentes.

Tareas

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.


• Take food and drink orders efficiently and accurately.


• Serve dishes and beverages in a timely manner following our quality standards.


• Handle customer questions, concerns or complaints with diplomacy and care.


• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service throughout the venue.


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, bar areas, and workstations.


• Upsell menu items and promote venue events and specials.


• Assist in opening/closing duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requisitos

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress (minimum 1 year preferred).


• Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages are a plus.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-oriented mindset.


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Legal right to work in Spain.
