About the Role

We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative fluent in Dutch to join a dynamic, international team based in Barcelona. In this hybrid role position, you'll play a key part in growing our business by reaching out to prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored cloud/IT solutions. You'll manage outreach via calls, emails, and other channels, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while offering excellent service and building longterm client relationships.


What You Bring


  • Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written), plus strong English communication skills

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience)

  • Previous experience in outbound or B2B sales ideally within IT, cloud services or technology solutions

  • Understanding of consultative sales principles and ability to adapt solution proposals to client needs

  • Proactive, target driven mindset with strong interpersonal and organisational skills

  • Comfort working in a phone/client focused environment and collaborating with internal teams
