What will you do in your day-to-day?
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: manage the entire sales process end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiations, and closing deals with SMEs.
- Business Development & Prospecting: actively identify, contact, and develop new business opportunities within the SME segment, building a strong and predictable pipeline.
- Discovery & Solution Selling: deeply understand SME pain points in accounting and tax management and position Kabilio's product as the best solution for their needs.
- Revenue Growth: responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets, contributing directly to the company's growth.
- CEO Collaboration: work directly with the CEO, providing market feedback, refining the value proposition, and helping shape the commercial strategy.
- CRM & Reporting: own your pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring clean data, accurate forecasting, and clear reporting on performance and opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to improve messaging, positioning, and conversion across the funnel.
What we are looking for in you?
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in B2B sales or business development, ideally managing full sales cycles.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to SMEs is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with outbound and inbound sales and know how to create opportunities from scratch.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills — you know how to move deals forward.
- Excellent communication skills: clear, persuasive, and human.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar.
- Results‑driven mindset with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written); English is a plus.
- Background in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields is valued.
- Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, curious, and eager to build something big.
