We’re looking for Business Development Managers to help us bring SOPHIE to market and scale our customer base across Europe and the US.
You’ll be our boots on the ground : building pipeline, opening doors, running consultative sales conversations, and closing deals with organizations that have 30–500 sales reps.

Identify and engage prospective customers across your dedicated market.
Build and manage your sales pipeline from outreach to close and identify the additional resource needs to run the process with resolve.
Run consultative sales conversations, deeply understanding CRM-related pain points
Demonstrate the value of SOPHIE’s automation capabilities in a clear, compelling way
Collaborate with the founding team to shape sales strategy, refine messaging, and feed back customer insights into product management.
Consistently hit (and ideally exceed) your sales targets
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling SaaS solutions to mid-market or enterprise clients
Proven ability to manage full sales cycles, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
Strong understanding of mainstream CRMs and the common pain points sales teams face
Entrepreneurial mindset : autonomous, adaptable, and energized by building from scratch
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
Fluency in English plus at least one of : German or French
