Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.

Conduct discovery calls and demos tailored to the needs of each prospect.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by nurturing leads and converting them into clients.

Accurately document all client interactions, progress, and sales activities in the CRM to ensure transparency and effective follow-ups.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.

Provide clients with feedback and improvement ideas to other internal stakeholders.

Engage in business events to assess market trends, generate opportunities, and contribute to strengthening the company’s brand presence.

Take ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, prioritization of high-potential leads, and alignment with quarterly goals.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance) to ensure client needs are met and feedback is effectively implemented.

Prepare tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and solution recommendations in collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field;
  • Experience in outbound sales, business development, or related fields;
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to cooperate with other team members;
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty in a dynamic environment;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot;
  • Thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment;
  • Value autonomy and transparency;
  • Has a ‘default to action’ mentality;
  • Self-starter and deeply motivated to deliver;
