Responsibilities
  1. Own and grow our existing Performance Demand partnerships by identifying new opportunities, responding to requests, and onboarding new media buyers.
  2. Gain an understanding of our business model and KPIs to pitch strategies that create value for partners.
  3. Monitor market and industry innovations to develop new opportunities.
  4. Increase and scale current partnerships.
  5. Track and analyze metrics, collaborating with Account Managers to improve user acquisition efforts.
  6. Work with the Account Management, Tech, and Legal teams to address client needs.
  7. Turn data into insights for business decisions.
  8. Coordinate with team members for data integration and account setup.
  9. Upsell current accounts and maintain communication with Account Managers.
  10. Collaborate with the Head of Business Development on strategic initiatives related to mobile publishers and apps.
  11. Identify new prospects and develop relationships within the media publisher and app developer community.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of media buying or Account Management experience.
  • Experience in sales, account management, publisher, app, or mobile agency is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the mobile industry.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
  • Proven success in developing and closing new business.
  • Ability to research and analyze data.
  • Record of achievement and revenue-driven mindset.
  • Skilled in crafting sales pitches and strategies.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, energetic, and humorous.
  • Comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
  • Understanding of strategic and tactical mobile advertising implications.
