Company Description

Pixie has close to 20 years experience in IT staffing in Europe and US, mainly providing freelance experts on SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure and Web.

After doubling the size of our teams over the past two years, we are now looking to continue this growth by hiring experienced Business Developers to strengthen our Madrid office and support the development of the Iberian market, with a strong focus on Portugal.

In this position your responsibilities will be, prospecting, building, developing and managing your client portfolio, you will also qualify, recruit and follow-up with your freelance consultants. (70% sales / 30% recruitment)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and building your own portfolio of IT clients in the Portuguese market
  • Managing client relationships and understanding their project needs
  • Sourcing, qualifying, and following up with freelance IT consultants
  • Driving the full sales and recruitment cycle (approx. 70% business development / 30% recruitment)

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 1 year of experience building your own client portfolio in IT recruitment
  • You genuinely enjoy prospecting and cold calling
  • Native-level Portuguese and fluent English&Spanish are required
  • Strong results-driven mindset with clear sales orientation
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious, and highly proactive attitude
