Work Model: Hybrid

Schedule: Full-time | 39h / week

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00

Friday: 09:00 – 17:00

About the Role

As a Business Developer, you will focus on identifying and researching potential business partners and accounts, supporting sales teams with qualified leads and valuable market insights.

Your main responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and researching existing and potential OEM accounts
  • Collecting and updating account information (industry, use cases, platforms, past projects)
  • Supporting initiatives to increase partner engagement with digital platforms
  • Researching key decision-makers (product management, R&D, etc.)
  • Qualifying leads before passing them to sales or partner teams
  • Using internal systems and CRM tools to validate account potential
Requirements
  • Dutch & French: Fluent
  • English: Intermediate level
  • Experience with research, data analysis, or database management
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of B2B sales environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
