The successful candidate will manage orders, support client relationships, and ensure smooth operations from sales to delivery. Previous experience in wholesale or sales support is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills in English. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Wholesale Operations Assistant Senior to join our dynamic team.

You will play a key role in supporting the wholesale department in managing orders, client relationships, and ensuring a smooth operational workflow from sales to delivery.

Support the Wholesale team in daily operations and administrative tasks.

Process and monitor wholesale orders through internal systems (SAP, B2B platforms, etc.).

Assist in preparing sales reports, order summaries, and client account analysis.

Manage and update customer databases and internal records.

Monitor stock levels for wholesale needs and propose replenishments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, International Trade, or a related field.

Previous experience (1–2 years) in a wholesale, sales support, or logistics role (preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands).

Good communication skills in English; French is a plus.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP systems is highly valued.

Passion for fashion and interest in the brand’s universe.
