What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced professional with 6+ years of experience in BPO, who can define and implement end-to-end subscription billing processes (recurring charges, proration, adjustments, credits, renewals, etc.) and who has had the opportunity to work with Aria Systems and participate in implementations across at least 4–5 companies/environments. The candidate should be supportive in UAT, validations, reconciliations, cutover, and hypercare, document processes, flows, exceptions, and KPIs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a BPO.
• Experience in defining and implementing end-to-end subscription billing processes.
• Experience with Aria Systems and implementation across at least 4–5 companies/environments.
• Support for UAT, validations, reconciliations, cutover, and hypercare.
• Documenting processes, flows, exceptions, and KPIs.
• English (mandatory).
• French (nice to have).
• Swedish (nice to have).
• Nice to have: experience in industries such as telecom, energy, utilities, or similar, with high subscription volumes.
• Genuinely motivated for a change.
