A prominent hotel seeks a Receptionist to manage guest interactions and reservations effectively. The role entails multitasking across various functions while maintaining excellent customer service. Making and managing reservations, working with computers and maintaining programs, greeting guests at check-in and check-out, and allocating rooms efficiently.
Managing complaints and resolving problems, dealing with special requests, overseeing accounting and payments, and communicating in several languages via phone, email, or in person. The receptionist will also multitask by assisting in other areas of the hotel.
Compensation: Accommodation
5 days a week, 6 hours a day
Answering telephone calls, managing check-in and check-out, controlling bookings and availability, overseeing prices and promotions, resolving problems, basic accounting, payments control, assisting customers, managing online reputation through social media, and helping in other areas of the company.
