Overview

The firm : Studio GRONDA is an international design firm based in Madrid, specializing in architecture, interior design, industrial design, and experiential projects, with a focus on luxury hospitality. The studio has developed international projects in Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean.

Professional profile and qualifications

We are looking for a Senior Architect who is passionate to lead design processes for medium and large-scale high-end hospitality projects. This full-time position will be based in our Madrid office.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision and a deep understanding of Architectural Design and Interior Design, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and coordinate the design and the project. It is essential that you share our commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and contributing to the ongoing growth of the luxury hospitality sector.

Main responsibilities and duties

• Designing, planning, developing and executing architectural design and technical documentation in coordination with the team.


• Produce the Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Finishes Specifications and Construction Documents alongside the team.


• Work in coordination with other consultants (lighting, MEP, AV, kitchen, SPA, etc.) during Schematic and Design Development phases.


• Technical detailing of bespoke elements.


• Site supervision and coordination with all the technical parties involved in the project as well as the client’s team on site.
