Business Intelligence & Data Visualization Analyst

Overview

Fever is looking for an Analyst that will play a vital role in taking our products to the next level, deepening / widening our current understanding of our users and identifying improvement opportunities for our product. We are seeking someone with strong analytical skills, the ability to get things done, and a genuine interest in our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new visualizations according to Fever teams’ needs and new requests
• Optimize and maintain all visualizations
• Fully understand Fever’s data model to respond to new visualization requests and assess viability
• Audit current reporting & analytics
• Audit changes to ensure data accuracy and normalization
• Develop meaningful segmentation models and conduct behavioral analysis of key user segments to analyze churn, including origin/source, onboarding, plan types, and feature retention
• Complete critical analyses that drive growth and provide insights

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with Engineering/Technical background required
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making
• Passion for data — designing models, reporting, and driving results / growth
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good time management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with developers, business owners, and senior leaders
• High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive

Preferred Qualifications

• Top-tier grades
• Strong understanding of SQL or other query languages
• Experience in a cross-functional team
• Experience working in Strategy (MicroStrategy) is a plus
