Airbus Helicopters España (AHE) recently defined its new vision to become a leader in industrial and technological innovation in the rotary-wing market in Spain, establishing itself as a driving force in the national defense ecosystem. To achieve this, AHE has launched a company-wide transformation plan currently underway, focusing on areas such as competitiveness, market, digitalization, and sustainability.
The role's mission is to support the execution and monitoring of this transformation plan to ensure objectives related to deadlines, scope, budget, quality, and methodology are met. The successful candidate will work within the transformation office and liaise with all company departments, gaining a comprehensive, cross-sectional view of the organization.
