A tech company in Barcelona is seeking a growth-focused individual to lead video production and enhance user engagement. You will create videos, optimize content for developers, and strategize for customer retention. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset and be experimental in their approach to growth. Responsabilidades

• Conceive, develop, edit and shoot custom short form videos.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team.
• Research and develop concepts found on the web and by the team.
• Optimize the customer lifecycle funnel.
• Create meaningful content for developers.
• Lead growth initiatives and define strategies.

Within 3 Months You Will

• Conceive, develop, edit and shoot custom short form videos
• Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team
• Researching and developing concepts found on the web and created in-house
• Testing iterations of approved concepts to proactively resolve any issues that may arise during production
• Demonstrating on camera the developed idea in order to visually present the concept in an easy to follow manner
• Contributing ideas and providing feedback on videos

Obsess over growth . Our goal is to establish Reflect as the default visualization tool for developers. Your primary objective will be to grow our user base to critical mass.

Aggresively optimize for conversion. Growth doesn’t mean just mean top of funnel the most important part of growth is retention. You will work to obsessively optimize each stage in our customer lifecycle funnel.

Be experimental. You will use your intuition to create experiments that drive growth and methodically test them to see if they are working.

Create meaningful content. Content for developers is our primary marketing channel. This isn’t just blog posts about our product writing content that bring developers value is a big part of our growth strategy.

Provide feedback to product / engineering. You will have context into the bottlenecks of our product / onboarding experience and will share your findings to the rest of the team.

Lead the way. We’re just getting started and still have a lot to learn. You will help define what growth looks like for Reflect.Come work for us!
