The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience with backend frameworks like Python, PostgreSQL, and expertise in cloud technologies. Formación

• 3–5+ years backend engineering experience required.
• Proficient in Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and cloud technologies is a must.

Overview

Location: Remote (EU / US friendly time zones) | Full-time

At Alinia AI, we help enterprises in finance, insurance, and healthcare deploy generative AI safely and responsibly. Our platform provides alignment guardrails and compliance monitoring to ensure AI systems are trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend APIs and services.
• Implement security & privacy safeguards (SOC2, GDPR, ISO 42001).
• Support SaaS, VPC, and on-prem deployments.
• Collaborate across engineering, ML, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years backend engineering experience.
• Strong Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django) + PostgreSQL.
• Cloud + Kubernetes / Docker.
• Data security expertise (encryption, IAM, logging).
• Bonus: VPC / on-prem experience, regulated industries, gRPC / distributed systems.
