Join us in Barcelona as an Automotive Hotline Technician (m/f/d).

Leverage your expertise in vehicle electronics to support mechanics remotely in real time, moving away from workshop duties.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing remote support to workshop technicians on electronic issues (sensors, ECUs, CAN networks, etc.)
• Utilizing diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, scanners, and analysis software
• Identifying fault patterns, proposing solutions, and preventing future problems
• Participating in internal training and developing technical content
• Working with AI-powered digital platforms and smart data

Your profile:

• Background in automotive electronics, electromechanics, or vehicle engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in advanced diagnostics
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic software
• Understanding of vehicle electronics and communication protocols
• Independent, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for helping others
• Fluent in Spanish and English (B1/B2 level)
• Bonus: remote support or technical training experience

Location and flexibility:
