The Online Marketing and Technology Team

What You Will Learn & Do

As a Graduate Data Engineer, you will learn how to keep data pipelines healthy and automation tools running at peak performance. After an initial onboarding period, you will then learn on the job by working hand in hand with senior data engineers on different areas:

• Operational Support: Assist in maintaining and optimizing high-volume data pipelines using Python and SQL.
• API & Infrastructure: Help manage connections with key marketing APIs (Google Ads, Bing, Meta) to ensure uninterrupted data flow.
• Automation Impact: Directly support key projects such as automated campaign restructuring for Hotels and robust SEM alerting tools.
• Technical Documentation: Document our technical processes, stabilizing the team’s operational knowledge.
• Data Prep: Support Data Scientists and SEM managers by transforming complex travel signals into production-ready marketing models.
• Agile Mindset: Work in a fast‑paced environment, participating in daily stand‑ups and sprint planning to deliver incremental value.

Who You Are

We are looking for people who deeply question how things work and how they could be improved.

• Academic Foundation: Graduate in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or any other scientific field.
• Analytical Mindset: You find and solve problems using data‑driven decisions.
• Technical Curiosity: You have a basic understanding of either Python or SQL and are eager to master them.
• Learning Agility: You can quickly grasp new technical concepts and business logics.
• Passionate about AI: You are curious about AI.
• Language: Proficiency in English (our global working language).
