A leading company in the cruise industry seeks a Casino Supervisor to lead operations at their casino in Madrid. The position requires a strong background in guest relations and compliance management, with a focus on financial oversight and team performance. Successful candidates will join an established team and contribute to an exciting and dynamic environment in the hospitality sector.

Formación

  • Minimum one-year experience as a Senior Casino Supervisor; shipboard experience preferred.
  • One to two years of supervisory experience in a casino or similar setting.
  • Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board approved dealer school.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage day-to-day casino operations and performance of staff.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming rules and maintain guest relations.
  • Oversee financial aspects of the casino, including expense reduction and revenue growth.

In conjunction with the Casino Manager, the Casino Supervisor leads and manages the casino operations, including:

  • Day-to-day operational activities
  • Guest relations
  • Maintaining compliance with all gaming rules as per SQM
  • Directing the performance management of the casino staff

Hiring Requirements :

  • Minimum one-year experience internally as a Senior Casino Supervisor with consistently high performance ratings (shipboard experience preferred)
  • One to two years of progressive supervisory experience in a casino setting, such as resorts, cruise lines, or hotels
  • Ability to make sound judgments regarding rules and regulations
  • Ability to observe payout accuracy, dealer behavior, and related activities
  • Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board / Commission approved dealer school
  • Ability to manage financial aspects of the casino, including expense reduction, revenue growth, and headcount management
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, quality standards, and customer satisfaction techniques
  • Understanding of human resources policies and practices, including managing international staff and disciplinary processes
  • Proficiency with computers and software such as Excel and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited institution or equivalent
