At Livit, we're looking for a TECHNICAL ARCHITECT to join our Technical Department.

We are Livit, a design and architecture studio specialized in creating Food & Beverage concepts worldwide. We imagine, design, and develop restaurant brands for some of the most renowned names in the industry.

We work from the initial idea all the way through to the final design, taking care of every detail and pushing the guest experience to the next level.

We're looking for a Technical Architect with around 4 years of experience, someone who enjoys both well-drafted plans and being involved in the process of bringing ideas to life — making sure they're buildable and realistic. If you also have a creative edge and can bring a technical perspective to other stages of the project, even better

Your mission

Ensure all our designs have detailed, clear, and buildable plans

Prepare Design Development (DD) packages that leave no room for doubt

Be the technical guardian of each project as part of the team

Ensure compliance with technical standards, processes, and protocols

Collaborate closely with our design, operations, and client teams

Qualifications

What you need to thrive in this role :

• A degree in Technical Architecture (or similar)
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience, with at least 2 in F&B, retail, franchise, or commercial rollout sectors
• Experience drafting layouts and plans for commercial spaces
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD (for real)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SketchUp
• A high level of English (C1 – we'll do a language test)
• Attention to detail, a sharp technical eye, and a passion for great finishes
• Strong understanding of materials and regulations for commercial spaces
• International experience or work with global brands is a huge plus
