Una empresa de tecnología de la información busca un Gerente de Ventas para liderar su equipo de soluciones de recursos humanos en Madrid. Este rol implica la definición de estrategias comerciales, la gestión de cuentas clave y la formación del equipo. Se requiere una experiencia sólida en ventas, habilidades de comunicación con ejecutivos y conocimiento del mercado español. **Who will you be working for?**:Our partner is an **information technology company** providing tailored solutions & services to help their clients engage better with their employees and customers.**Their core mission**: improve efficiency and profitability for their clients.**What is this job about?**:In this role as **Area Sales Manager** you will be in charge of the **HR Solution Team** of the company. You will be responsible for defining the commercial strategy and managing key accounts in order to increase sales within the Spanish market.**Your challenges**:- **Manage** and prepare appropriate **trainings** for the Account Managers and Business Developers of the team- Create a **commercial strategy**- Manage Key Accounts, including **up-selling** and **cross-selling**- Monitor the performance of your team by defining and controlling **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**- Work collaboratively with associates and the CEO to ensure the growth plan is aligned with your team’s objectives- Share your knowledge about **SaaS/digital HR solutions** and engage in the further development of the company**What do you need to apply?**:- Language skills**:bilingual** level in **Spanish** and Upper-Intermediate level of **English** (B2)- At least 5 years of experience in **Sales Manager** positions selling to HR teams (ideally SaaS or services)- Minimum 2 years working as a Director, Associate or Team Leader.- Great **C-level communication**- Ability to **train/coach the team** and define their career growth- Outstanding **negotiation** skills- Digital skills- Knowledge of the Spanish market- Knowledge of **CRM** and **KPIs****Working mindset**:- **Dynamic** team player- Analytical and data-driven- Listener and communicator- **Hunter** - you never give up- Overall **positive** attitude- Goal-oriented**Important**: For this position, you need to relocate to **Madrid, Spain**.
