Our Corporate Finance team in Madrid, specializing in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industries, is looking to reinforce their team with different roles of Analysts and Associates .

At Deloitte Corporate Finance, we advise national and international companies, founders, institutional and private investors, in a wide variety of M&A transactions (buy- or sell-side, mergers, capital increases, strategic alliances, etc.).

What will your role involve?

• Support the execution of M&A transactions across buy- and sell-side mandates, mergers and strategic alliances within the TMT industries.
• Prepare financial and strategic analyses as well as financial models.
• Prepare key M&A materials (Information Memorandums, Teasers, etc.), as well as pitches for prospect clients.
• Coordinate and manage communications with clients, advisors, investors, and other stakeholders throughout the M&A process.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Law and Business, or similar.
• From 1 to 5 years of experience in financial advisory (M&A, Valuations, Due Diligence, etc.).
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Previous exposure to the TMT industries is a plus.
