Formación

Job Description The Global Social Media Tools and Platform Manager will implement, lead and optimize global social media tools and platforms by :

  • Platform & Tool Management

Optimize platform and tool management to ensure seamless integration and functionality, enhancing overall social media operations.

  • Manage the configuration, integration, and optimization of social media tools such as Brandwatch, HubSpot, and other relevant platforms.
  • Regularly evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance social media operations and analytics.
  • Oversee all company social media accounts, ensuring access controls, security protocols, and role-based permissions are maintained.

Implement advanced social media listening and monitoring systems to capture real-time insights and trends, driving informed strategic decisions.

  • Set up and refine social listening dashboards to track brand mentions, industry trends, competitor activity, UGC, Brand advocate and audience sentiment.
  • Conduct regular monitoring of key metrics and provide actionable insights to inform marketing and communications strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to create custom reports tailored to specific campaigns, markets, or objectives.
  • User Training & Support

Develop and deliver comprehensive user training programs and performance reports to support effective tool usage and data-driven performance improvements.

  • Oversee user access, permissions, and training to ensure tools are used effectively across the organization.
  • Train and support internal teams and stakeholders on using social media tools effectively, deliver workshops to improve tool adoption and utilization.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth platform operations.
  • Data Analysis, Performance & Reporting

Identify audience demographics, interests, and behaviors that inform content strategy, campaign optimization, and brand positioning.

  • Configure custom queries, filters, and reporting within listening tools to capture relevant brand, industry, and competitor mentions.
  • Propose and lead Social Media tool-related improvement projects, pilot new technologies, and recommend best practices for continuous optimization.

Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in IT / Marketing with at least 5 years leading Social Media Tools / Platforms (e.g. Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Hootsuite) Proven track record in implementation and transformation of Digital Platforms and delivering high-quality outcomes that drive business growth.

Additional Information You will be part of the Global Marketing team for Continental Tires. You will report directly to the Head of Global Platforms and Marketing Operations. The role is posted as located in Madrid (Spain), but other locations could be considered. The Global Marketing is intentionally diverse and location agnostic, we value potential and skills over location, reflecting a broad range of backgrounds and perspectives.
