Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to own the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities into software delivery toolchains.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to define and scope opportunities for AI-driven innovation.

Responsibilities

• Prototyping and validating Large Language Model (LLM)-based or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to drive business value.
• Contributing to AI-driven automation efforts across developer productivity platforms, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Developing and maintaining APIs, pipelines, and service integrations for AI features within existing platforms.
• Ensuring traceability, logging, and compliance of integrated solutions, adhering to enterprise standards and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a software engineer or DevOps / MLOps specialist, with expertise in AI integration and process automation.
• In-depth understanding of CI / CD pipelines, cloud platforms, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and APIs.
• Hands-on experience integrating Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI solutions into production environments, emphasizing scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Strong focus on security, with familiarity with enterprise-grade tools and adherence to data protection and compliance standards.
• Skilled at working within agile, cross-functional teams, paired with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
