We're seeking a seasoned AI Project Director to lead the strategic development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of high-impact AI customer deployments.
• Partner with engineering, research, product, and business teams to deliver business outcomes and serve as a single point of contact for client engagement and escalation.
• Define project milestones, allocate resources, manage budgets, and monitor risk, facilitating stakeholder communication, reporting, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and continuous delivery best practices, track and report project KPIs, supporting data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

6+ years of experience in technical projects or program management within software, AI, or infrastructure-heavy environments, preferably within the financial services domain.

Strong technical background—experience in software engineering, ML systems, or DevOps / Infrastructure roles (not necessarily current, but enough to understand architecture and implementation trade-offs).

Proven track record managing backend, infrastructure, or AI / ML / GenAI-related projects, ideally involving APIs, platform development, or cloud-native services.

Working knowledge of common tools and stacks : Git, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and CI / CD workflows.

Ability to read technical documentation, participate in architecture reviews, and collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders alike.

Excellent project planning, risk management, and cross-functional communication skills across all levels of an organization, including C-level executives in financial services.

Fluency in English required; additional European languages a strong plus.
