UX / UI Designer with AI Focus

We seek a talented UX / UI Designer to join our Digital Product Delivery team in Madrid, focusing on AI-assisted design.

Main Objectives

• Design impactful learning experiences for students, educators, and families.
• Align with international UX standards and workflows while supporting local product evolution.
• Integrate AI technologies to enhance design efficiency, accessibility, and personalization.

Responsibilities

UX Design

• Design navigation flows for LMS platforms, interactive apps, and educational content.
• Apply accessibility best practices and support inclusive user experiences.
• Collaborate with editorial, product management, marketing, and technology teams.
• Lead user research efforts to understand behaviors, needs, and expectations.
• Define personas and user journeys relevant to educational environments.

UI Design

• Build scalable, brand-aligned visual interfaces and design components.
• Design within existing design systems and style guides.
• Prototype low- and high-fidelity solutions for validation and feedback.
• Document interface patterns and maintain consistency.

Ai-Enhanced Design

• Apply generative AI tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping.
• Use AI solutions to support user testing and behavior prediction.
• Integrate AI workflows into day-to-day design tasks using tools like Uizard and Figma plugins.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or similar.
• 2+ years of experience in UX / UI design, preferably in educational contexts.
• Proficiency with Figma, Miro, and agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and design for inclusivity.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
