They are looking to hire an After Sales & Service Executive for their operations in Europe. The role is critical in supporting customers across the printing and packaging industry ensuring smooth after‑sales service technical assistance and customer satisfaction.

Location

The After Sales & Service Executive will be based in Barcelona Spain.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Interaction
  • Manage customer emails and queries.
  • Ensure strong customer follow‑up.
  • Prepare quotations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer delight.
ERP
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently through ERP system.
  • Maintain & update the technical database.
Catalogue
  • Assist in building a spare part catalogue for consumables and fast‑rotation spare parts.
  • Be involved in building and digitization of knowledge.
Dispatch
  • Collaborate with the teams to achieve sales targets by ensuring timely shipping and receiving the goods.
Reports & Analysis
  • Prepare monthly reports for business analytics.
General
  • Ability to work in a self‑guided manner (particularly in the absence of supervisor) and be a solution‑based thinker.
  • Uphold the company’s policies and procedures ensuring compliance with safety and security regulations.
Qualifications / Competencies
  • University degree in Industrial or Mechanical or Electrical or related degree.
  • Mechatronics knowledge will be appreciated.
  • Experience: 0-3 years.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in printing industry will be appreciated.
  • Experience of working in Service Division or Remote Support will be appreciated.
Skills
  • Fluent Spanish and English.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office in particular Microsoft Excel.
