Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume affiliate campaigns and budgets, collaborating with top-tier partners in the US market.
• Play a key role in shaping and optimizing our affiliate program, driving measurable impact on revenue and profitability.
• Network and represent the company at major industry events and conferences, building connections with leading players in the affiliate and advertising space.

Your future tasks

• Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliate partners by providing exceptional support and timely communication about updates, changes, and opportunities.
• Partner Recruitment: Identify, target, and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our network and drive revenue growth.
• Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure profitability and scalability, identifying areas for improvement and testing new approaches.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure affiliate partners adhere to compliance standards, and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for contracts, agreements, and campaign details.
• Brand Representation: Raise brand awareness by attending industry conferences, forums, and other networking events, both locally and internationally.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal departments to align on strategic initiatives, ensuring an optimized affiliate funnel and efficient budget allocation.
• Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on key performance metrics (KPIs), trends, and insights to senior management, recommending strategies for growth and improvement.
• Program Ownership: Lead the design and continuous improvement of our affiliate program, focusing on delivering long-term value to partners and customers while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working in an affiliate network or online advertising industry.
• Familiarity with tracking solutions such as HasOffers, Affise, Cake, or custom in-house systems, including practical experience setting up pixels, postbacks, etc.
• Experience using BI tools for data analysis and performance reporting.
• Solid understanding of the online advertising market, including traffic sources, verticals, and monetization models.
• Fluent English for effective communication with partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous work in the home improvement or any lead gen industries in the US;
• Experience attending and representing a brand at industry events or conferences.
• Experience working with at least one major affiliate network.
