About CARLOS SIMÓN FOUNDATION FOR RESEARCH IN WOMEN’S HEALTH

At Carlos Simon Foundation, we are looking to fill a vacancy for an Administrative position. The person who joins will support the Finance and Administrative Department, ensuring accurate accounting and efficient administrative processes.

The Carlos Simon Foundation for Women's Research is a non-profit organization founded and directed by Professor Carlos Simón, professor at the University of Valencia and renowned clinical researcher in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.

We are a multidisciplinary team made up of more than 60 professionals. We work to create a world in which women's health pathologies that affect the uterus are no longer a barrier to their quality of life and reproductive desire. Our main activity is biomedical research in the field of reproductive medicine and women's health, and the development of other initiatives and actions aimed at improving our knowledge in the field and its application.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Perform general accounting tasks and support the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy in coordination with other departments.
  • Prepare periodic and annual taxes.
  • Support daily administrative and operational activities related to Purchasing and Logistics.
  • Carry out general administrative duties: managing emails and calls, filing documents, and providing cross-departmental support.
  • Monitoring, controlling, and resolving potential issues.
  • Contribute to developing and improving internal control procedures and workflows that enhance efficiency.
Experienceh>
  • Essential two years of experience in similar roles, in financial or administration/ accounting departments.
