An international strategic communications firm is seeking an experienced Administrative and Public Relations Assistant based in Marbella. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to management, assist in PR campaigns, and maintain relationships with high-profile clients. This role requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish alongside strong organizational and communication skills. Remote work is available three days a week, with potential travel required.

Formación

  • Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in PR, media, marketing, or talent management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Discretion and maturity when dealing with high-profile individuals.
  • Knowledge of the media landscape and digital trends.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide direct support to Management: scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, and general coordination.
  • Assist in communication plans and PR campaigns.
  • Draft press releases, pitching bios, and media materials.
  • Coordinate with journalists, follow up on interviews, and monitor media coverage.
  • Manage content and support social media and branding efforts.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with celebrities, athletes, global brands, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct basic media impact analysis and prepare reports.

Conocimientos

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Administrative and Public Relations Assistant to join an international strategic communications and PR firm with operations across Europe and soon in the United States. Our clients include high-profile personalities in entertainment, professional sports, and reality TV, as well as leading global brands in fashion, luxury, and consumer goods. This dynamic role requires someone with outstanding communication skills, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-profile media environments. Key Requirement: Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Additional Information
