• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Experience using SAGE software preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Spanish with good English skills.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrative Accounting Assistant to join our team in Madrid. In this role, you will support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and contribute to key administrative processes in a dynamic and growing environment. Among other responsibilities, the role includes the following tasks:

• Preparation and filing of tax documentation
• Processing and reconciling bank transactions
• Recording invoices and accounting entries
• Preparing and sending bank remittances
• Updating cash flow reports
• Assisting in annual audit preparation

• Accounting training or a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferably Office 365)
