  • Review the reconciliation of Intercompany accounts and schedules to support financial statements and footnote disclosures
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports under IFRS and US GAAP, including tie‑out and cross‑check of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and supporting schedules
  • Automate recurring reports and trackers to minimise manual work and improve accuracy
  • Streamline the creation of supporting schedules for quarterly and annual financial filings
  • Coordinate with external auditors on requests and walkthroughs
  • Ensure all financial documentation is complete, accurate, and audit‑ready
  • Maintain up‑to‑date process documentation and checklists
  • Assist with general ad hoc projects

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Oracle
  • Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
  • A self‑starter with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
  • Ability to work well with a team and autonomously at times
  • A desire to take on challenges and grow with the role
  • Strong English language skills are required for this role as we have a highly diverse and global business
