Una empresa global de expansión busca un Asesor Global de Soluciones para trabajar con clientes en los mercados DACH. Se requiere fluidez en alemán e inglés. El puesto ofrece flexibilidad laboral y un esquema remoto, con viajes ocasionales a la oficina en Barcelona. Formación

  • Experiencia comprobada en ventas B2B, idealmente en HR Tech o soluciones EOR.
  • Capacidad para gestionar ciclos de ventas complejos y tomar decisiones.
  • Enfoque en construir relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes.

As our Global Solutions Advisor (Account Executive), you will work with clients across the DACH Markets, using your German language skills to build strong relationships and understand their growth ambitions. You’ll guide organisations through the challenges of global expansion and workforce management, owning the full sales cycle from first conversation to close.

Based in Spain with occasional travel to our Barcelona office, your work will help clients expand confidently anywhere in the world.

How you will make a difference:
  • Develop sales opportunities by proactively nurturing opportunities from self-generated leads, marketing lists, and warm leads across the organisation.
  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of prospects, ensuring consistent growth and engagement.
  • Plan and execute targeted sales activities to consistently achieve and exceed your targets.
  • Own the full sales journey, from identifying prospects to progressing and closing deals.
  • Engage HR, Finance, and C‑Suite stakeholders to uncover needs, align solutions, and build compelling business cases.
  • Develop and present customised proposals, leading contract negotiations to secure deals that deliver value for both clients and the business.
  • Build and maintain a reliable pipeline while forecasting weekly and monthly sales with accuracy.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, sharing insights on lead performance and guiding them to provide high-quality opportunities.
  • Respond to and follow up on all sales enquiries via email, phone, and occasional client visits, delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay up to date on HR and global employment trends to bring insight and value to every client conversation.
  • Actively represent Safeguard Global at industry events, forging connections, expanding your network, and uncovering new business opportunities.
What will make you stand out:
  • Proven track record in B2B consultative sales, ideally within HR Tech, Payroll, SaaS, or Employer‑of‑Record (EOR) solutions.
  • Strong fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple decision‑makers across HR, Finance, and C‑Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organised, self‑motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of opportunities independently.
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that create real value.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and business partners.
  • Results‑driven with a focus on building long‑term client relationships and achieving business outcomes.
