To scale our reach, we're expanding our creative team with AI Video Producers who thrive at the intersection of storytelling, advertising, and cutting-edge AI technology.

In this role, you'll focus on producing high-performing ad creatives that help us connect with new learners globally. You'll experiment, iterate, and optimize video ads across channels, using AI tools to move fast, scale variations, and push creative boundaries. • Produce AI-powered video advertisements for global campaigns across platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Work with our Growth marketing team to translate campaign briefs and performance data into compelling ad storylines and visuals.
• Use AI tools for scriptwriting, editing, voiceovers, motion graphics and localization, streamlining production workflows.
• Create and test multiple ad variations from the same concept, optimizing based on real-time performance results.
• Run sprint-based creative cycles: brainstorm → produce → test → iterate → scale.
• Keep a pulse on advertising trends, best practices, and new AI capabilities, bringing fresh ideas into our campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with performance marketers and creatives to ensure ads are both data-informed and creatively engaging.

• You have hands-on experience producing digital ads, ideally for performance marketing or growth campaigns.
• You're skilled in video editing (Premiere, After Effects) and comfortable with AI creative tools (e.g., Flux, Nano Banana, Seedream, Magnific AI, ElevenLabs).
• You have strong motion graphics skills, including animating supers, designing phone mockups, and handling screen replacements.
• You're comfortable with image editing, including using AI tools such as Firefly in Photoshop.
• You can turn a marketing objective into a clear, engaging ad narrative with strong hooks and crisp storytelling.
• You're familiar with best practices for creating high-performing ads, including strong CTAs, engaging hooks, retention tactics, and audience targeting.
• You thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments and enjoy iterating quickly based on results.
• You're detail-oriented and organized, able to deliver multiple ad variations on tight timelines.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate well in English.

• Experience with music-related advertising or entertainment brands.
• Familiarity with growth marketing, ad metrics, and A/B testing.
• You're experienced in producing live-action ads, from casting and filming to editing, color grading, and sound design.
• Any guitar knowledge, even just the basics, is a big plus.
