As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the design and development of advanced web and mobile applications, leveraging TypeScript and React Native to build scalable, high-quality products. You will take ownership of core features, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to shape user experiences. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, mentor other engineers, and deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Accountabilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain complex web and mobile features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js, and React Native.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and maintainability across web and mobile platforms.
• Mentor and support team members, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices.
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions to ensure scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Participate in continuous improvement of development processes, testing practices, and deployment pipelines.
• Drive product innovation by proposing features, enhancements, and solutions aligned with user needs.

• 10+ years of experience building complex, production-grade applications.
• Deep expertise in full-stack development with a focus on TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Next.js.
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native, including native modules, performance optimization, and app store deployment.
• Solid foundation in computer science, software architecture, and design principles, applied effectively to real-world products.
• Product mindset with the ability to think beyond code, understand the “why,” and contribute ideas for product growth.
• Proven track record of ownership, driving projects from concept to launch with autonomy.
• Experience collaborating in fast-moving, cross-functional teams and communicating effectively.
• Familiarity with AI assistants and emerging AI technologies, translating trends into practical product improvements.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, early-stage, or startup environments where initiative and problem-solving are key.
