For this position, you should be in Germany.

You will join the Cloudi-Fi Customer Success team, assisting customers during deployment, providing integration, consulting, training, and post-sales support. You will also relay customer-specific feature requests to the product team.

From engaging during product demos and proof of concept to deployment, you will be crucial in ensuring a successful customer journey.

• Own and develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients.
• Be the technical authority on our solutions.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and analyzing customer data to improve experience.
• Collaborate internally to enhance customer experience and provide feedback on product features.
• Identify blockers proactively and work with peers to resolve them.
• Conduct recurring reviews with customers.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies.
• Work on debugging and resolving technical issues in Wi-Fi environments like Meraki, Fortinet, HP Aruba, Cisco WLC.

• Web: HTTP protocol
• Security: VPN (IPSEC, GRE), Firewalling, Proxy, DNS
• LAN: network access control, AAA (Radius), DHCP, Captive Portal

• Curious with a desire to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a helpful attitude.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication.
• Experience leading meetings and workshops.
• Effective in person and digital presenter.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Adaptable to changing roles and responsibilities.
• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in CSM, account management, consulting, or client service.
• Native or bilingual in German, fluent in English.
