What you`ll do:

Summary:

We are seeking a passionate design advocate (f/m/d) to assist Senior Leadership in their daily business. Your responsibilities include calendar management, organizing business trips, and crafting strategic design demos using Personas, Journey Maps, and High-Fidelity Mockups. Your expertise and proactive approach will be essential in driving design strategy, innovation, and excellence.

The Role:

The candidate (f/m/d) will work closely with the Head of Platform Experience and Design, the Chief UX Design Expert, and the Experience and Design Management Team of SAP's platform business. Responsibilities include preparing strategic design demos and presentations featuring Personas, Journey Maps, High-Fidelity Mockup Screens, and Videos, as well as meeting preparation, strategic calendar management, and organizing business trips.

What you bring:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong graphic and interaction design abilities
• Enthusiasm for Gen AI, User Journey Maps, Personas, and Rapid Prototyping
• Resourceful, proactive, and flexible, with the ability to anticipate change and respond quickly
• Proficient with design tools like Figma and meeting tools like Outlook. Eager to learn about corporate travel management tools like Concur. Video editing skills are a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or economics.
