You will be responsible for design executions across the email marketing channel for our brands: HelloBody, Banana Beauty, and Mermaid + Me.

Create stunning artworks and motions, focusing on brand identity, commercial communication campaigns, and online user shopping behavior.

Digest sales and offer messages, turning them into visuals that are friendly for users.

Come up with creative ideas and hypotheses for design A/B testing.

Adapt artwork for our European markets (language skills are not required), working with translated copy and localized assets.

Support the team in developing brand visuals for content (photo editing, new posts, product photoshoots, video editing).

Your profile

You are a user-centric designer with an outstanding portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of aesthetics, online user behavior, and a commercial approach.

You have a degree in Art, Design, or related fields, with a focus on Digital, Visual, or Graphic Design, or Communication Arts.

You have experience as a visual or graphic designer in an agency or company, particularly in email marketing or advertising communication.

You understand foundational design principles (typography, color, line, composition, storytelling, UX/UI) across multiple media including email, content, print, digital, and websites.

You are interested in click rates, curious to improve and test designs, and close to the user to enhance conversion.

You are proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma) and possess good animation skills.

You are open to collaboration, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

You are eager to help others and excited about driving positive change.

A strong passion for and understanding of the Beauty & Wellness industry, along with an interest in social media trends, is a plus.
